Each year, hundreds of local organizations support United Way of the Wine Country by running a workplace giving campaign. Facilitating a campaign is not just a way for companies to show their community support but also allows employees to show individual support by making an annual pledge. Many companies offer payroll deduction which allows employee donors the convenience of incremental payroll deductions to help the local community and further United Way’s work in education, financial stability, and health.

Loaned Executives – Loaned Executives help United Way by acting as a liaison with local organizational partners.
TAX RECEIPTS: We are happy to provide tax receipts upon request. To request a tax receipt for your contribution, please fill out this form, or call our office directly. Please note you may be able to use your final pay stub of the calendar year to determine your annual contribution if your contribution was made by payroll deduction.

Each year, the CFC gives Federal employees the opportunity to support a variety of charitable causes like United Way of the Wine Country. County of Sonoma Retired Employees’
Combined Fund Drive
United Way of the Wine Country is the facilitator of the annual Combined Fund Drive for County of Sonoma Employees and Retired Employees who actively support causes in the communities where they work, live, and serve by giving annually to charitable organizations including United Way of the Wine Country. United Way and the many nonprofits who benefit from the Combined Fund Drive are fortunate and thankful for strong support from employees and retirees committed to improving our communities.
If you are a County of Sonoma Retired Employee and would like to make a gift outside the normal time frame for the Combined Fund Drive (i.e. annually during the fall), please click here for an editable and/or printable pledge form which can be used for credit/debit card or check contributions to any valid 501(c)3 nonprofit.
